You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of patient care.

You’ll also provide support to staff and students, helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. In addition, you’ll be responsible for managing resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

What you will bring to the role
- Current registration with AHPRA Registered midwife (division1)
- Demonstrated recent experience and clinical skill in midwifery, including completion of a new graduate Registered Midwifery program or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Ability to work a flexible rotation roster across 7 days week, morning, evening and night shifts
- Demonstrated evidence of complying with Immunisation Category A
