Referral Management and Early Response Coordinator
- Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and post graduate experience at a minimum of level 2 or above. Senior Psychologist requires Current AHPRA Registration as a Psychologist with experience of at least one year at 9th Year of service. A current unrestricted Drivers Licence which is valid in NSW, willingness to travel for work and to be on call for the service.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and extensive experience in providing case management, crisis and counselling interventions, and psychosocial assessments to victims of violence, abuse and neglect.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated capacity to work in partnership with others and capability in developing strategies and decisiveness in dealing with emotionally charged situations and difficult and complex issues.
