Redevelopment Clinical Change Lead (Temporary Position up until 18th December 2020)

Selection Criteria to be addressed:

1. Current Authority to practice through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with extensive post graduate experience and relevant tertiary level qualifications for a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Allied Health Professional.
2. Extensive experience in a complex health environment with clinical experience/sound understanding of clinical service delivery
3. Strong understanding of change management processes applicable to a capital project within a health service.
4. Collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Proven experience facilitating workshop sessions with diverse audiences. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences. Ability to coordinate multiple sessions for large audiences including coordination of trainers/educators
6. Sound analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions
7. High level interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced skills in communicating qualitive and quantitative information to varying audiences using Microsoft office products in a creative and innovative format.
8. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demand and achieve results within tight timeframes.
