What you'll be doing
- Interacting and supporting hiring managers across NSW Health Pathology in undertaking their key accountability functions of the recruitment process.
- Responsible for the administrative support for the HR Support Services portfolio, inclusive of Human Resource (HR) transactional support.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation and external agencies and stakeholders.
- Provide assistance with Recruitment and HR transactional matters to NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) inclusive of the ability to interpret awards and policies.

- Demonstrated experience working in a customer focused and/or recruitment environment that incorporates the use of Microsoft Office suite and/or other standard databases.
- Proven experience working in a high workload and pressure environment.
- Proven effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, in a variety of forums and well developed listening and questioning skills.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to use initiative and sound judgement.
