This is a hands-on senior marketing role where you’ll bring your expertise, creativity and strategic thinking to shape our employer brand, lead high-impact recruitment campaigns, coach and develop a high-performing team while managing your own portfolio and delivering work independently.
The role
Lead end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns: Develop, deliver, report on and optimise targeted campaigns that support workforce priorities and attract talent to hard-to-fill roles.
Shape recruitment marketing strategy: Identify opportunities, develop strategic attraction initiatives and align recruitment marketing with broader organisational and workforce goals.
Lead and develop the team: Coach and support a high-performing recruitment marketing team while managing your own portfolio and delivering work independently.
Develop compelling, on-brand content: Create engaging content and campaign assets across digital and print channels, maintaining a consistent and compelling employer brand.
Bring our employer brand to life: Travel across our hospitals and sites to capture authentic stories, content and insights, connecting our people, places and opportunities with target audiences.
Coordinate events and campaigns: Plan and deliver recruitment marketing events, expos, activations and on-site initiatives that strengthen candidate engagement and talent pipelines.
Drive digital performance and capability: Manage paid advertising, digital employer-brand channels and campaign analytics, while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to strengthen attraction capability and improve reach, engagement and ROI
