Medical Imaging department is looking for a suitable qualified radiographer with post graduate qualification in either MRI or US to match this Level 3 Grade 3 position.

- Eligible to ASMIRT membership or equivalent. Valid and appropriate radiation licence and registration.
- Perform all general medical imaging procedures and quality control of imaging outputs in accordance with the Department policies and procedures.
- Record in Radiology Information System all procedures performed immediately and accurately.
- Applicant must process Post graduate qualification specializing in MRI, preferably with paediatric experience.
- Demonstrated competency in complex MRI imaging techniques.
- Participate in the process of identifying improvements and provision of activities in the Department and support implementation of changes/initiatives/programs.
- Act as a mentor to junior radiographers, undergraduate students providing assistance and advice regarding imaging methodology and patient care
- Assist to provide patients, carers and the public information in relation MRI and General Medical Imaging procedures
