  1. Registered as a Medical Radiation Practitioner – Diagnostic Radiographer with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (AHPRA), hold a current EPA IA 14 radiation license and meet the requirements of a level 2 Radiographer in the Health Employees Medical Radiation Scientists (State) Award 2019.
  2. Applicants must be female (exemption is claimed under Section 31 (2)(h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act).
  3. Experience or extensive knowledge of diagnostic/screening mammography, along with a knowledge of quality assurance.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Excellent time management skills.
  6. Experience/knowledge of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Breastscreen Information Systems (BIS).
  7. Demonstrated ability to display empathy, courtesy towards clients, co-workers and all multidisciplinary staff
  8. Willingness to work across SWSLHD BreastScreen sites and across a 7 day roster, including undertaking overtime, when required.
