Plan and deliver accurate, patient-centred radiation therapy

Essential Criteria:

• Qualification: Tertiary qualification in medical radiation therapy 

• Registration: AHPRA medical radiation therapist 

• License: NSW EPA Radiation User Licence 

Selection Criteria:

1. Demonstrate sound knowledge in all aspects of radiation therapy, including modern and emerging techniques and technologies

2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in written, oral and electronic formats

3. Demonstrate knowledge and application of radiation therapy quality assurance and quality controls, including radiation safety measures in radiation therapy

4. Demonstrated proven ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

5. Demonstrated interest in continuing professional development, research and quality improvement activities.

6. Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care.

7. Excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
