Sydney Local Health District is looking for a highly motivated Provisional Fellow to work in the Gastroeneterology IBD Department at Concord Hospital
What you'll be doing
The primary purpose of this role is to undertake post-graduate level specialty training in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) and provide clinical services in Gastroenterology relevant to IBD in accordance with qualifications and experience at Concord Repatriation General Hospital (CRGH).
The Provisional Fellow will assist in the organisation and administration of the clinical team, presentation of data and journal papers, conduct quality assurance and other research projects and assist in teaching/ supervising medical students, allied health staff, and physician/ gastroenterology trainees.
The role will provide the successful candidate with support to progress towards a higher degree in IBD and achievement of peer-reviewed publications.
It will also support development of skills in chromoendoscopy, stricture dilatation, confocal endomicroscopy, capsule endoscopy, double balloon enteroscopy and Fibroscan.

Concord Repatriation General Hospital is a principal referral facility and a teaching hospital of the University of Sydney.
