Provisional Fellow
Essential Requirements:
MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia in an appropriate registration category.
Completion of at least Six (6) postgraduate years of medical practice.
Valid NSW Working with Children check.
Cleared National Police check.
Aged Care Check for Australian Government funded positions.
To be employed by NSW Health you are required to provide evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy, this includes any amendments made from time to time.
You must take all reasonable care for yourself and others and comply with any reasonable instruction, policies and procedures relating to work health safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications and experience commensurate with the Essential Requirements for the role.
2. Registered as a trainee with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and eligible to become a provisional fellow.
3. Able to work weekends, after-hours and independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilizing excellent clinical skills, judgment and expertise, and availability to participate in an on-call roster and to respond on site as per policy.
4. Adept ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and providing leadership to the team.
5. Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal skills, by sharing appropriate information internally and externally with the capacity of varying communication styles.
6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and display a flexible approach to meet changing situations in a demanding and unpredictable clinical environment.
7. Commitment to participating in training and development opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in the area of anaesthesia and a demonstrated interest in clinical audit or research.
8. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
