- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Eligible to commence Provisional Fellow (according to ANZCA criteria) training at the start of the HEY2026.
- Demonstrated independent clinical excellence, sound judgement and expertise in a complex clinical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and peers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrates significant progress towards attaining leadership skills and displays a keen interest in health advocacy and management.
- Demonstrated significant contribution to anaesthetic departmental quality assurance, research and teaching activity.
- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the philosophies, mission and values of the Mary Aikenhead Ministries.
