About the role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Stroke Service team at Bathurst Health Service as a Project Officer, and contribute to providing exceptional care to people who have experienced a stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA).
In this position, you will work closely with clinicians, hospital management and funding bodies to support the meeting of National Stroke Targets, whilst also maintaining patient-centred care. You will be assisted in this role by the Stroke Care Coordinator, who will provide clinical support, insight and direction.
This role will be an opportunity to work across different clinical teams, achieve measurable goals and collaborate with stroke clinicians across the country.
