About the Opportunity
As a Project Officer within SDPR, you will be responsible for providing a range of high level administrative and project support activities to facilitate effective operation of Business Performance.

 

The role will assist Project Managers with the development and implementation of ICT/digital projects, including project plans, policies and solutions and contributes to issue resolution and escalation, research, analysis activities and planning and monitoring activities.
In this role, you will:

  • Support project and program delivery through documentation, knowledge management, and progress reporting.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with approved plans and methodologies.
  • Contribute to project planning, research, and analysis to inform effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

 

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience providing high-level coordination and support to complex ICT/digital projects, ideally within a large service-based organisation.
  • Strong understanding of project management practices, including maintaining schedules, managing risks and issues, and identifying potential challenges.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
