About the role:

Health Manager Level 2 starting salary from $114,251- $134,809 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the delivery of Connected Care projects and policy initiatives that enable safe, effective care in the home, community and virtual settings, including Hospital in the Home reform. 
  • Provide high quality project and policy support, including preparing briefs, reports and advice to inform urgent care, HITH and virtual care priorities across NSW Health. 
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians, executives, health services and partners to coordinate consultations, working groups and project activities. 
  • Maintain project documentation and support monitoring, evaluation and reporting to ensure initiatives align with government objectives and improve system performance

About you:
We are looking for a motivated and organised project officer with experience supporting health related projects in complex environments, who can provide high quality advice, coordination and written outputs. You will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic setting and enjoys working with diverse stakeholders to support Connected Care, Hospital in the Home and virtual care reform across NSW.
