Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa). 


What you'll be doing
The position will contribute to the development, coordination and monitoring of Capital Works & Asset Management (CW&AM) projects, along with supporting the implementation of any NSW Health Building and Plant Efficiency Strategies and NSW Government Resource Efficiency Policy within MNCLHD.
 
Establishment and maintenance of information and reporting systems for Building and Plant Efficiencies. Project Management of a range of capital projects including building efficiency projects and programmed works for plant and engineering service upgrades or new works. Support delivery, monitor and report on utility efficiency with in the MNCLHD.

About you
Do you have relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or a relevant field or equivalent experience in the management of capital works projects in a large and diverse service industry or a combination of study and work experience and demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of capital works project specifications, comprehensive reports and project-related documentation. Couple with Knowledge and understanding of building & plant efficiency issues relating to health services with proven competence in the delivery of outcomes leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness in circumstances subject to tight budget limits and time constraints.
