The Project Manager – Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Cellular Therapy position will develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System and Framework required for the delivery of the TWH Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program.

 

$127,150 - $144,444 per annum + 11.5% super & salary packaging | Temporary Full-Time | Wollongong Hospital (TWH) | REQ571567 | Grade: Health Manager Level 3 | Applications close: 28 May 2025

 

This is a temporarily funded position until 14 May 2028 with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.

The position will work with the Director of the Program and in collaboration with managers, clinicians, divisional directors and service teams to deliver a program of robust safety and quality systems and policies that are able to achieve accreditation from the Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) and (where applicable) Joint Accreditation Committee's of ISCT and EBMT (FACT-JACIE).

 

The position will lead change management in the clinical setting, deliver on continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. The position will provide expert technical, practical and educational knowledge to assist the Program to implement and maintain quality and safety accreditation standards.
