What you'll be doing
The Project Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination and integration of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual process for the Redevelopment Project. This key leadership role ensures the comprehensive documentation is reviewed, approved, stored, and appropriately scheduled within the Asset and Facilities Management system to facilitate smooth and efficient facilities maintenance operations.
 
The position will work closely with key stakeholders across the project including the Builder, Project Manager, Sub-contractors, Health Infrastructure, and Sydney Children’s Network staff.

About You

  • We’re looking for someone who:
    • Has relevant tertiary qualifications such as project management or engineering or a combination of study and work experience.
    • Demonstrates skills in managing several projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high-volume work environment. Detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
