- Tertiary qualifications relevant to health system administration or data analysis and/or equivalent extensive experience.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to understand complex service delivery and business processes, and translate these into an analysis plan.
- Advanced Excel skills for the analysis and visualisation of complex datasets, and experience using other data visualisation tools such as Qlikview, Qliksense or Tableau.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience of delivering projects in a demanding professional environment with ability to work with deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and incorporate their views into sound advice.
