This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a major redevelopment from the inside, working alongside a passionate project team and seeing the impact of your work come to life.

About the role:
As a Project Administration Officer, you’ll be embedded within the project team on-site, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of the redevelopment.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating meetings, schedules, and project communications
  • Supporting administrative processes across the project lifecycle
  • Working closely with project teams to manage access, logistics, and site coordination
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the hospital to understand operational needs for the new building
  • Assisting with data management, reporting, and documentation (including Excel-based tasks)
  • Learning and using new systems and processes as the project evolves


This role offers hands-on exposure to a large-scale infrastructure project - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About you:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and strong administrative capability.

  • Proven experience in administrative or project support roles
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment



Support and development:
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be supported with:

  • On-site orientation and introduction to the project environment
  • Day-to-day guidance from experienced supervisors
  • Opportunities to work alongside similar roles within the team
  • Training in procurement processes and project systems

  • This position is full time; however, part time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
