At NSW Ambulance, we're looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking facilitators to join our team with learning initiatives that empower our people.
As our new Program Specialist Leadership Development, you won’t just be delivering exciting and culture changing programs - you'll be shaping the future of our workforce. You’ll partner with managers and senior leaders as a trusted internal consultant, identifying capability gaps and crafting innovative, high-impact learning solutions across face-to-face, digital, and blended environments.
This role is pivotal to driving cultural change, building resilient leadership, and supporting organisational reform. With a strong focus on developing frontline leaders, you'll play a key part in ensuring our leaders have the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead with purpose and clarity - especially in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Working closely with the Learning & Development and Educations teams, you'll bring strategy to life - translating ideas into action and fostering a culture where learning fuels performance, wellbeing. and excellence.

About you
We are on the search for a high-performing individuals with the following:
- Exceptional facilitation skills with a desire to continuously develop within a highly skilled team
- Be passionate about leadership development, knowledge and experience with the ability to contextualise and adapt program delivery to suit the needs of the learners
- Strong emotional intelligence and an exceptional ability to read the room, allowing them to adapt their approach in real time, foster psychological safety, and ensure all voices are heard and valued
- Be driven by making a positive impact on service delivery and contributing to meaningful cultural change within the NSW Ambulance workplace
- Have a strong ability to build relationships with diverse teams and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including senior managers
- A strong desire to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Be committed to creating an inclusive environment for all individuals through the creation of psychologically safe environments where we can openly discuss and challenge thinking
- Experience in developing and delivering leadership development programs and resources, ideally within complex operational or healthcare environments.
