As the Program Management Office Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Digital Health Service by coordinating a range of projects projects. You will be responsible for a range of project management and coordination activities, ensuring that deliverables are met within timeframes and that projects stay on track.

What you'll be doing
The Program Management Office Project Officer will proactively promote DHS project management methodologies and support the LHD's PMO practices. You will play a key role in supporting the DHS by coordinating both clinical and non-clinical projects across the LHD. You will be responsible for a range of project management and coordination activities, ensuring that deliverables are met within timeframes and that projects stay on track.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant project management experience and/or recognised Project Management qualifications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management & program management methodologies, templates and guidelines for successful project & program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction and constructively manage stakeholder issue to ensure positive outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to explain technical scenarios to a diverse audience with high level negotiation and conflict management skills.
