About the Opportunity
As a Program Director in our Strategy, Architecture and Transformation Office (SATO) at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare leading complex, high-impact digital health programs.
This role offers the opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings strategic clarity, and can confidently steer cross-agency work to deliver improved outcomes for clinicians, consumers and the broader NSW health system.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee one or more major digital health programs, ensuring clear strategy and direction.
- Drive program planning, governance, resourcing and performance to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Manage vendors, contracts and key commercial negotiations.
- Build strong partnerships across health agencies, Local Health Districts, clinicians and executive stakeholders.
- Navigate complexity and emerging technologies while maintaining program momentum.
- Lead, mentor and support teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centred outcomes.
Champion innovation, continuous improvement and best-practice delivery.
About You
- Extensive Program Director experience
- Proven collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, bringing teams and agencies together to achieve shared outcomes.
- Adaptability, resilience and composure in fast-paced environments, using feedback to continually improve.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, managing high-value contracts and complex partnerships with integrity.
