About the Opportunity

As a Program Director in our Strategy, Architecture and Transformation Office (SATO) at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare leading complex, high-impact digital health programs. 

This role offers the opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings strategic clarity, and can confidently steer cross-agency work to deliver improved outcomes for clinicians, consumers and the broader NSW health system.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and oversee one or more major digital health programs, ensuring clear strategy and direction.
• Drive program planning, governance, resourcing and performance to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Manage vendors, contracts and key commercial negotiations.
• Build strong partnerships across health agencies, Local Health Districts, clinicians and executive stakeholders.
• Navigate complexity and emerging technologies while maintaining program momentum.
• Lead, mentor and support teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centred outcomes.

• Champion innovation, continuous improvement and best-practice delivery.

• Proven collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, bringing teams and agencies together to achieve shared outcomes.
