About the Opportunity
As a Program Coordinator within SDPR, Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, you’ll provide vital project coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to improving connected, safe care for every person in NSW.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of complex ICT/digital projects within the SDPR program. 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue registers to ensure governance compliance.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making purposes. 
  • Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate working groups to achieve project milestones. 
  • Assist in prioritising competing demands across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.




About you

  • You have experience providing high-level coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects in large organisations. 
  • You are highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You bring strong knowledge of project management processes, including maintaining schedules, risk and issue registers. 
  • You excel at stakeholder communication and building collaborative relationships across multiple workstreams. 
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes with a customer-focused approach.

  • This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. 
  • To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
  • 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.
