About the Opportunity
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is a critical enabler within eHealth NSW’s digital ecosystem, supporting secure access to clinical and corporate systems for more than 200,000 NSW Health workforce members. The team underpins safe, reliable and compliant healthcare delivery through workforce onboarding and offboarding, privilege access protection, cyber security uplift initiatives, and compliance with government security standards.
 

As the Product Owner – ZTC PAM (Zero Trust Core Privilege Acess Management), you will own the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of the ZTC Privilege Access Management solution powered by CyberArk Privilege Cloud platform. Working under the guidance of the Senior Product Owner – Identity, you will ensure privilege access services are delivered reliably, securely and continuously improved to meet operational and security needs across NSW Health.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage the ZTC PAM product backlog, prioritising work aligned to agreed security and delivery objectives.
  • Translate cyber security and operational requirements into clear user stories and deliverables.
  • Work closely with engineers, operations and cyber security teams to deliver and operate PAM capabilities.
  • Ensure ZTC PAM services are stable, secure and fit for purpose across environments.
  • Support onboarding of applications, platforms and privilege accounts into ZTC PAM.
  • Coordinate vendor engagement, audits and security uplift activities related to privilege access.

 

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Technically capable to manage/support the product/platform on your own 
  • Has practical experience delivering or operating CyberARK Privilege Cloud Access Management (PAM) solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Brings hands-on exposure to CyberArk Privilege Cloud PAM components such as SIA, SCA, CPM/PSM.
  • Understands privilege accounts, service accounts, application secrets, and access controls.
  • Has experience working in regulated environments such as government or health.
  • Demonstrates strong product ownership or delivery experience, managing backlogs and priorities in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and works collaboratively across teams.
