Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed with the following:
- A degree in a health care discipline or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, change management and quality improvement in a health setting.
- This is a position identified for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people on the basis of a genuine occupational qualification under section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and prioritise work within an environment of competing priorities to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated understanding of how diverse backgrounds and vulnerable populations can impact on access to, and experience of health and health care systems.
- Demonstrated high level influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills and commitment to delivering organisational change, including demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinical staff and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, I.T skills and proficiency to use same to support quality improvement and project management initiatives.
