The Principal ERP Specialist partners with the ERP Platform Owners and senior stakeholders to drive innovation, shape the ERP roadmap, and deliver solutions that improve financial transparency, decision-making, and overall business performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic optimisations for Fixed Assets within Oracle ERP Finance.
  • Act as an enterprise ERP lead, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the ERP roadmap.
  • Deliver funded projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate, design, configure, test, and support Oracle ERP applications both Fusion Cloud and R12 environments.

Role 2: Principal ERP Functional Specialist – Projects
The Projects Specialist is responsible for implementing the suite of Project Applications and providing support and system enhancements to NSW Health's user base. You will be accountable for the delivery of strategic optimizations for the suite of Project applications in the Oracle ERP Finance platform. This role ensures that ERP applications are developed according to best practice, and in alignment with corporate objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive enhancements for Oracle ERP Project applications.
  • Collaborate across Finance and IT to deliver scalable solutions that support statewide operations.
  • Provide leadership on ERP roadmap and innovation initiatives.
  • Investigate, design, configure, test, and support Oracle ERP applications (StaffLink ERP and StaffLink R12).

To be successful in role 1 or role 2, we are looking for passionate leaders with the ability to understand complex information including:
