We are looking for Senior and Principal Supply Chain Consultants to join a high-performing team at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare with eHealth NSW.

 

As a strategic leader within our Supply Chain Technology team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of supply chain operations across one of Australia’s largest health services.


 

Role 1: Senior Supply Chain Consultant (Health Manager Level 4)
As a Senior Consultant you will help lead the transformation of our supply chain systems across the state. This is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in one of the largest health services by modernising how supply chain functions support clinical and operational outcomes.

 

In this role, you will contribute to:

 

  • Digital Transformation in Supply Chain within the areas of Contracts Management, Catalogue Management, Product Tracking to Patients and other initiatives as required by the team.
  • Oracle Fusion Implementation in various areas within Oracle Fusion and assist the team as required by the Program.
  • Support & Continuous Improvement initiatives with your extensive experience within Oracle Fusion, Contracts Management, Catalogue Management and Product Tracking within a Clinical environment.

 

This role is internally referred to as Senior Digital Specialist – ERP .

 

Remuneration:  From $141,974 pa (plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading)

 

Role 2: Principal Supply Chain Consultant (Health Manager Level 5)
We are seeking Principal Supply Chain Consultants with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion and across various specialty areas, contributing to the end-to-end transformation of our supply chain systems. In this role, you’ll influence enterprise-wide strategy, guide cross-functional delivery, and drive innovation to modernise and elevate how supply chain supports clinical and operational excellence at scale.

 

You will:

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, focusing on Procurement and Supply Chain modules
  • Define and automate end-to-end supply chain processes, including Contracts, Catalogue, Product Management, and Supplier Collaboration
  • Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation by designing and delivering scalable, purpose-built applications

 

This role is internally referred to as Principal Digital Specialist - ERP.

 

Remuneration: From  $166,678  pa (plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading)


To be successful in the role, we are looking for passionate leaders with proven experience in transformation and automation across one (or more) of these key Business areas of the Health Supply Chain, including:

 

  • End to End Catalogue Management including Integration with Contracts, GS1 and Oracle Applications (experience with NSW Health Catalogue Management systems is an advantage)
  • Traceability – Product Tracking, Theatre Supply and Consumption Management  (experience with NSW Health Theatre Management systems and product tracking is an advantage)
  • Fusion ERP expertise – Experience with Fusion Implementation (knowledge and experience of the NSW Health ERP landscape and supply chain transformation programs is a huge plus)

 

About You
We are looking for individuals with:

  • Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud for Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Strong knowledge of clinical and operational supply chain processes, including GS1 integration, billing systems, and mobile solutions 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with experience writing clear specs, training materials, and support docs
  • Skilled in change management, including impact analysis, training plans, and user support
  • Proficient in Agile methods and tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
  • Experience with NSW Health Procurement Reform or working in public health/large healthcare organisations is a plus 
  • Experience with NSW Health Applications in the areas of Contracts Management, Catalogue Management, Product management and tracking and
  • ERP is a plus
