We are looking for several high performing Principal Applications Technical Specialists to join the eHealth Application Development team responsible for delivering high-impact software solutions that support the organisation’s strategic and operational goals.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of security configurations across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, SCM). You’ll provide expert technical insight and advisory support, ensuring that our platforms are developed, managed, and maintained in line with long-term strategic goals.

Role 1 - Fusion SCM Cloud:
- Hands-on experience delivering scalable technical solutions for complex Oracle ERP Fusion requirements across Oracle Procurement and Inventory modules.
- Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion modules using OIC, ATP & APEX.
- Proficiency in SaaS reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Cloud Connector (BICC), enabling effective data extraction and real-time reporting.
- Strong command over Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with proven abilities in performance tuning, query optimization, and writing complex logic for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Proven track record delivering custom solutions and integrations across multiple Fusion modules.
- Proven ability to manage work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and mentor junior team members is essential.
- Domain knowledge in Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules is a plus.

Role 2 - Fusion ERP Cloud Security:
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP and SCM) and it's security architecture, including role-based access control, data security policies, workflows and function security with actual experience in design, analysis, and implementation of Fusion Cloud Security configuration and experience in troubleshooting security related issues.
- Establish security standards and governance across role build, data access security and segregation of duties.
- Expertise in role-based access control, data security policies, auto provisioning and compliance frameworks with understanding of Risk Management and Access Control, and in using Oracle’s Security Console.
- Strong command over Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with proven abilities in BI Publisher or OTBI for reporting and analysis, performance tuning, query optimization, and writing complex logic for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate security risks, recommendations, and solutions to stakeholders, conduct user access audits, and work with cross-functional teams coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks.
- Proven ability to manage work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and mentor junior team members to build capability and maintain delivery standards.
