Crown Clerk 7/8, salary from $110,266 - $122,058 p.a. (plus Super and annual leave loading)
Role 1: Policy Officer, Child & Family Health Unit, Health and Social Policy Branch
• Full Time, Ongoing
• 35 hour working week, in a hybrid working environment

This role will be responsible for supporting:
- First 2000 Days implementation in the context of child and family health service delivery services
- Policy and program development, monitoring and evaluation
- Contract management, stakeholder engagement and management
- Secretariat functions and other governance processes
- Ministerials and briefing processes
Role 2: Policy Officer, Community Care and Priority Populations Unit, Health and Social Policy Branch
- Full Time, Temporary (up until July 2028)
- 35 hour working week, in a hybrid working environment

This role will be responsible for supporting:
- Implementation and support for community health, primary care and women’s health projects and programs
- Policy and program development, monitoring and evaluation
- Contract management, stakeholder engagement and management
- Secretariat functions and other governance processes
- Ministerials and briefing processes
About you (Role 1 and 2)
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Demonstrated relevant, professional experience in the area of health and social policy, particularly child health, maternity, women’s health or primary care.
- Experience in developing, analysing, implementing and evaluating policy and other projects in a statewide, multi-disciplinary or multi-agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with diverse stakeholders to deliver on policy and program/project areas.
- Experience in contract management to deliver on policy and program/project areas.
