Remuneration: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour 
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing 
In this role you will deliver high quality physiotherapy services to older adults while contributing to service development education and continuous improvement.

• Assess treat and manage patients using advanced physiotherapy skills
• Work autonomously and guide Allied Health Assistants where appropriate
• Communicate clearly with patients carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to service planning evaluation and quality improvement
• Supervise students and participate in ongoing professional development

Essential Criteria

  •  Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy 

  • Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA. 

 

Selection Criteria

  1. Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) and current unrestricted NSW Drivers licence.

  2. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

  3. Demonstrated computer literacy, high level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences

  4. Ability to provide high quality physiotherapy services across a broad range of clinical areas.

  5. Effective time management and organisational skills.

  6. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

  7. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice.
