About the role

Are you looking for a physiotherapy role where you can make a meaningful difference every day? At the Tamworth Integrated Pain Service, we’re a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to helping people living with chronic pain reclaim their confidence, independence and wellbeing.

In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred physiotherapy across both individual and group programs. Working closely with our medical, nursing and allied health colleagues, you will co-design holistic care plans that recognise the physical, emotional, social and cultural needs of each person and their family.

Your contribution will extend beyond direct care. You’ll advocate for your patients, support the development of physiotherapy students, and participate in research and quality improvement projects that are shaping the future of pain care in our region.

Together, we aim to empower people, amplify strengths, and create better health outcomes for our community.

About you

You are a physiotherapist who brings heart as well as skill. You’re passionate about improving the lives of people living with chronic pain, and you value collaboration, empathy and shared problem-solving. You are confident working with complex caseloads, communicate with clarity and respect, and are committed to cultural safety, inclusion and continuous learning.

You enjoy supporting others to grow, and you’re energised by being part of a connected, innovative team that celebrates diversity and supports each other to do great work. If you want a role where you can use your expertise to create real and lasting impact - we’d love to hear from you.
