About the Role

To provide effective and efficient community physiotherapy assessments and interventions to the clients of the Home Based Therapy (HBT) service, across three sites within SLHD. Ensuring provision of optimal health outcomes for clients of the service. Clients eligible for the service are frail aged or adults with physical disabilities. 
 
This position is locatied at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital however, may be required to work at Canterbury Hospital or Concord Repatriation General Hospital

Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA)
  • Postgraduate physiotherapy experience, including aged care and/or rehabilitation and experience delivering physiotherapy in the community setting

  • Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
