This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to 47 weeks for 16 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements.  There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.

About the role

Clarence Community & Allied Health are seeking a Physiotherapist to provide advanced clinical services, leadership and support as an integral part of the transdisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD). Managing the planning, ongoing development, evaluation and reporting of the Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program (OACCP). Working collaboratively with NNSWLHD orthopaedic service orthopaedic surgeons and primary health services to ensure timely and appropriate surgery for those with osteoarthritis related hip and knee joint pain. Working within existing and emerging Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Models of Care within the NNSWLHD.
