Pharmacist Team Lead, SDPR Readiness and Implementation
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (or eligible for immediate registration) with no conditions or restrictions on practice and evidence of extensive and relevant hospital experience.
- Demonstrated advanced-level clinical knowledge, skills and experience in the provision of hospital pharmacy services within the NSW public health system, including a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations, medication management processes and clinical medication-use systems. Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, medication safety and the delivery of high-quality patient-centred care to consumers, carers and families.
- Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to change management, service redesign, quality improvement and/or project implementation initiatives within a complex healthcare environment, including the ability to engage stakeholders, manage competing priorities and achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. Have the ability to prioritise work, manage a demanding workload, apply high level reasoning skills and have independent professional judgement.
