As an intern, you’ll rotate through wards and dispensary, gaining hands-on experience across inpatient and outpatient dispensing, clinical pharmacy and community care. With exposure to ICU, medical, surgical, paediatric, mental health, renal and Brain Injury services, no two days will be the same.

You’ll also gain unique rural and regional pharmacy experience, with our department supporting 12 hospitals across the New England North West.

You won’t be doing it alone. Our structured intern program includes tutorials, workshops and practice exams, alongside a friendly team of experienced and early-career pharmacists and skilled technicians who are committed to helping you grow.

As your confidence develops, so will your responsibility—giving you the skills, independence and strong generalist foundation to launch your pharmacy career.

And when the workday ends, enjoy everything Tamworth has to offer: a vibrant, growing regional city surrounded by beautiful mountains, with a welcoming community, great lifestyle and plenty of opportunities to make lifelong friends.

Start your pharmacy career with us—learn, grow, belong and make a difference in Tamworth.
