About the Role

The Senior Pharmacist for Cancer Services and Clinical Trials is based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital (CRGH), and works within the Cancer Services Pharmacy and the Investigative Drugs (Clinical Trials) Pharmacy under the CRGH Pharmacy Department. CRGH is a recognised leader in clinical trials and research, and the progressive application of evidence-based cancer therapies. As part of the Sydney Local Health District, the hospital supports a vibrant and growing cancer service, with strong links to local and international research networks. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to advancing cancer care through innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence in a state-of-the-art facility.

As the Senior Pharmacist for Cancer Services and Clinical Trials, you will hold a key leadership position at the intersection of cancer care and clinical research, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, safe, and innovative pharmacy services. You will provide expert guidance to multidisciplinary teams, including clinical trial investigators, research coordinators, nursing, and pharmacy staff, supporting protocol adherence, investigational product management, and the integration of novel therapies into routine care. With direct line management responsibilities for at least one staff member, you will also play a role in mentoring and workforce development.
