Pharmacist - Bathurst Hospital
- Current registration/ authority to practice as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and current licence to drive in NSW.
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, effectively prioritise and organise own work/ caseload.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake and complete Quality Improvement projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver education to staff and patients.
- Ability to assess own performance and identify and act on personal learning goals.
