About the Opportunity
As People and Culture Workforce Data Officer at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through supporting critical workforce data cleansing, population, and reporting activities to meet People & Culture for Future Health (PCFH) requirements and prepare for future eHealth strategic workforce projects. The role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, entirety, integrity, and compliance of establishment data across eHealth NSW systems, and for building consistent reporting and tracking processes that enable the HR function to operate strategically.
This position plays a key role in embedding a regular cadence of workforce reporting, generating insights, and supporting continuous improvement in establishment and data management practices.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate workforce data and establishment structures across StaffLink and related HR systems, ensuring compliance with governance and industrial frameworks.
- Develop clear and consistent workforce reporting and dashboards to inform executive and HR decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and system partners to ensure data integrity, budget alignment and effective establishment management.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and refining establishment processes and providing expert advice and support to HR teams.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an appropriate tertiary qualification or demonstrated, equivalent, relevant professional experience.
- Brings strong analytical and data management skills, with experience maintaining accuracy and integrity across complex HR or establishment systems.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach, building effective relationships with HR, Finance and system stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Showcases a commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and support others in adopting best practice.
