Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is excited to offer a permanent Level 4 Physiotherapy role in women’s and men’s Pelvic Health.
This 3-day per week (0.63FTE) permanent role and will be required to work 1 day per week at Wollongong Hospital, 1 day per week at Kiama Integrated Primary Health Centre with flexibility for the third day, including remote/virtual care and support across our district.
This position will be responsible for providing a high-quality specialist women’s and men’s pelvic health physiotherapy service, requiring advanced reasoning and practice skills and extensive post graduate clinical experience in women’s and men’s pelvic health.
The position will provide leadership and service development across the district, supporting and mentoring for level 1, 2 and 3 therapists across ISLHD and be able to operate autonomously with minimum direct clinical supervision.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.
