About the role
As an Administration Officer Level 4, you'll provide high-quality administrative support by accurately managing patient admissions and financial classifications. Working with patients, clinicians and health fund providers, you'll ensure records are up to date, support revenue processes and contribute to a positive patient experience.
About you
You're an organised administrator with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You'll be confident using computer systems, enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a busy healthcare environment.
