What you will bring to the role
- Experience in a frontline customer service role, including demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, troubleshoot barriers, de-escalate complaints and provide relevant information
- Demonstrated ability to adapt/respond to a broad-spectrum of society and challenging behaviours
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with people in a high pressure environment
- Demonstrated well-developed negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly to convey information clearly and concisely in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Demonstrated computer literacy including proficient keyboard and data entry skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
