Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI) Clinical Nurse Consultant

1. Registered with Authority to Practice with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Minimum five years full time post graduate experience with 3 years full time equivalent in the specialty field. In addition the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification (minimum Grad Diploma/Certificate level) or evidence of working towards Masters level qualification.
2. Advanced ability to initiate and lead evidence based nursing clinical practice in the assessment, care planning and care delivery of people with complex mental health issues in a recovery setting.
3. Demonstrated ability in the development and delivery of educational resources and programs.
4. Proven ability to provide clinical leadership in the management of mental health consumers with demonstrated high level ability to network and communicate across a range of internal and external key partners.
