What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Healthy Ageing Manager, the coordinator will foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support referral pathways and embed PARS into clinical workflows. This position will have a key focus on healthy ageing.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in health promotion, public health, education, community development, health sciences, sociology or other related discipline.
- Proven project management capabilities including planning, implementation and evaluation of health promotion initiatives at a population level.
Experience in advocacy and influencing change, particularly in relation to population health issues, behaviour change and policy development.
