About the role
The legal team at the Ministry of Health provides legal services to the public health system, the Minister and the Ministry of Health on all areas of law affecting the operation of the NSW health system.

The paralegal officer will perform a wide variety of administrative and legal tasks to support the Legal Officers, including legal research and assisting with litigation.

Crown Clerk 3-4, starting salary from $84,659 - $92,701 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

This is a temporary role for up to two years. Whilst the role is full-time, the Ministry may consider part-time working arrangements for the right candidate.

About you
Are you currently studying law, or close to finishing your law degree?  We are looking for a confident, organised and efficient paralegal with great communication skills to join the NSW Ministry of Health legal team

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
