The Role

The Organisational Development team strives to achieve a holistic and integrated service offering across leadership, performance, engagement, performance, culture, diversity and inclusion in line with Justice Health NSW bold Strategic Plan 2023 – 2033.   
  
The OD Consultant will lead/support the development, delivery and evaluation of OD priorities supported by the OD Manager and in consultation with HR partners.  The position will provide guidance to leaders, managers and teams that will support the growth and uplift of capabilities, promote a positive and safe workplace culture, and increase organisational effectiveness. 
  
The OD Consultant will also be responsible for supporting the broader People & Culture directorate deliver on key priorities where required.
