About the Opportunity
As the Organisational Development Consultant, you will contribute to the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of organisational development initiatives aligned to MLHD Strategic Goals and the NSW Health Workforce Plan.
Working within the Education and Organisational Development Service, you will support people, systems and process change to enhance organisational effectiveness.
As the Organisational Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of Organisational Development strategies, programs and initiatives aligned to MLHD strategic goals
- Coordinating the annual People Matter Employee Survey and action planning process
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on project outcomes within agreed timeframes
- Developing tools, resources, presentations, reports and briefs
- Applying project and change management principles to deliver programs of work
- Researching and applying contemporary best practice in organisational development
- Partnering with stakeholders to embed workforce initiatives across the District

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, HR, Leadership, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience in a large, complex organisation).
- Strong project management and change management capability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational demands in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to travel across the District as required
