NSW Health Pathology is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Business Partner to champion our Diversity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives. This role will play a key role in shaping our inclusive and high-performing culture as we continue to fulfil our promise to care, protect and partner across our statewide service.
As part of our centralised Organisational Development Team, you will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver evidence-based diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives that enhance workforce capability, employee experience and organisational performance. You will leverage your expertise in diversity and inclusion, ability to build strong partnerships to deliver meaningful outcomes that foster belonging, equity and inclusion across our workforce.
What you'll be doing
Within the centralised Organisational Development (OD) team, this role drives the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategies and frameworks that enhance workforce capability, employee experience, and performance across NSWHP. While specialised in Diversity & Inclusion, the position actively supports broader Organisational Development initiatives to build capability and foster a high-performing culture.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, psychology, leadership development or related field and/or demonstrated practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development and evaluation of effective Diversity and Inclusion strategies, policies and programs to positively impact workplace diversity objectives including the ability to monitor and analyse KPI targets set
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with strong influencing, collaboration, partnering and negotiation skills and an ability to create change in a complex environment
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to build and manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders across all levels to influence change, overcome barriers and drive accountability
- Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the role.
