- Tertiary levels qualifications and/or relevant experience preferably in organisational development, adult learning, psychology, change management, and/or human resources
- Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning and/or OD programs to meet identified organisational need at strategic and service levels
- Establishing credibility, relationship management and influence with senior stakeholders including at executive level
- Demonstrated strategic thinking within a complex environment and effective prioritisation of competing demands and deadlines
- Design and development of ‘right-fit’ organisational development solutions for complex organisations or environments
- Combination of sound conceptual analytical skills with creativity and innovation
- Facilitation of change at all levels of the organisation, including internal consultation capabilities with senior stakeholders
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce CORE values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders, colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them
