About the Role

As an Oral Health Therapist, you’ll be empowered to deliver high-quality dental care while working to your full scope of practice. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll be supported to grow your clinical capability and confidence in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

Graduate Oral Health Therapists can take part in a structured graduate program featuring clinical workshops, peer catch-ups, and observation clinics designed to strengthen skills and support professional development from day one.

You’ll join a progressive, district-wide oral health service of more than 200 professionals, working alongside practitioners, dental assistants, and visiting specialists across a variety of clinical settings. Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Oral Health Therapy (dually qualified in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy) recognised by the Dental Board of Australia and registration with the Dental Board of Australia as an Oral Health Therapist, as well as registration as an Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA.

  • To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
