HealthShare NSW is looking for an administrative superstar to join our team as an Operations Support Officer at John Hunter Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dedicated healthcare environment within a newly opened building, part of the John Hunter Health Campus expansion.

As an Operations Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our site running smoothly by delivering high‑quality administrative and operational support. From managing records and timesheets to processing orders and invoices, you’ll work efficiently to ensure timelines are achieved, standards are met, and teams are supported to do their best work.
